Warm, loyal, friendly, athletic, practical, gentlemanly, honest, modest, Charlie has a sort of magnetic personality that people can't help but to like. A football player to the core, Charlie has that Southern Gentleman charm and regard for the ladies. He's quite practical and honest as his childhood forced him to be. He's a modest guy and doesn't try to be the center of attention. While warm and friendly his behavior towards his father and step-mother is cold and hostile – he resents his father and pointedly does not want to be like him. Charlie likes to be rough and tumble at times and loves the outdoors. His hobbies include football, horseback riding, and cowboyish things. He blantantly keeps his slight Texas drawl and is also fond of country music, mullet rock, Texas Longhorn football and his 1967 Chevy Impala. top Appearance At 5' 9” and with an athletic build, Charlie seems the natural athlete, which he is. He has light brown hair with blue eyes and the kind of soft face that easily falls into a “cute puppyish face” that girls can't help but to adore. His hair is sometimes combed, sometimes worn a bit messy but always kept on the short side. He's a casual dresser by nature and occasionally feels a pull back to his cowboy boots and flannel shirts but he's not a slob either. She left for the big city lights when she was twenty and soon found Chicago, and unfortunately Charlie's father who kept her as a mistress for awhile, promising to leave his wife. When Bradford's wife and mistress became pregnant soon after each other, he dropped Jennifer and agreed to pay a certain amount in child support to keep Charlie away. Angry and humiliated, she moved to California where she gave birth to Charlie and raised him as a single mom. She contracted cancer when Charlie was elevren and finally told him about his father and half-brother. Within the year, she died and Charlie was sent to live with her parents in Texas.top South Creek, Texas  The Jackson Ranch in South Creek, Texas. Charlie spent his teenage years here. Charlie was an angry twelve year old who hated the world when he arrived in Texas and wanted nothing to do with ranching life. His grandfather refused to put up with crap from him and Charlie was dragged through mechanical work and ranch work. He quickly realized that he was good at it and his story revealed itself. The anger melted away and Charlie found his place in the world. In high school, Charlie was a well liked athlete and began dating Julia Dominguez, a local girl he's crushed on since he was thirteen. Everything seemed to be gong well for Charlie until his grandfather's failing health put him in a Veteran's hospital more permanent. Charlie helped his grandmother run the ranch until she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and it was decided that he should go live with his father in Chicago. Before leaving, Julia broke things off with him, which he has taken pretty hard. top What's the Story Introduction Charlie was first introduced when he arrived in Chicago, picked up by the brother who doesn't want him.
